Job Summary:

Union Supply Group is looking for an experienced Warehouse Associate that can also serve as a Back-Up Truck Driver to support our Company's growing warehouse operations. The primary responsibilities within these various positions may include, but are not limited to: picking orders, quality control, loading orders for shipment, delivering loads to customers within the Ohio area and other duties as assigned.

In addition, position will require you to drive a box truck to correctional facilities for deliveries; load and unload the vehicle by hand or with use of hand truck, dolly, and/or pallet jack; and pad, stack, and secure items in position on the truck to prevent damage during the shipment. The Driver must also maintain the truck log according to State, Federal and Company regulations and inspect the truck on a weekly basis and complete a Driver Checklist to submit to Department Manager.

In this role, you’ll need:

· High School education or GED equivalent

· 3 year of Warehouse experience is required

· 2 year of forklift experience required, preferably Stand-Up forklift (cherry picker, reach truck)

· 3 or more years of On-the-Road truck driving experience required

· Candidate must be comfortable delivering to correctional facilities and having limited contact with inmates.

· Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos

· Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple instructions.

· Must have a valid driver’s license

16/Hr

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
