Both the Part Time and Full Time Back of House Team Member at Chick-fil-A Townridge Square is a consistent face for our guests and influence in our team. Our Back of House Team Members work in a fast paced, high-energy environment and produce high quality food with precision and accuracy, continually observing and implementing the proper quality assurance and food safety standards and procedures.

Skills Required:
Our restaurant’s mission is “Serve with Passion. Passion for Excellence” - so the skills required would fit into three categories - servanthood, passion, and excellence:

Physical Skills Required:
- Able to lift 25-50lbs
- Able to stand for at least 8 hours at a time
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, lift, shake, stir, pour, carry, and push frequently
- Must be able to work in close quarters with other team members
- Exposure to both heat and cold
Additional Details:
- For Full Time, you must be available to work:
- Either 5:30am-2:30pm, or 2pm-10:30pm 4 days per week and be available on Saturday
- Compensation is $13 hourly
- Full time is defined as minimally 30 hours per week
- Health insurance is available after applicable wait period
- This is a Non-Exempt position
- For Part Time, you must be available work:
- A minimum of 2 Saturdays per month
- Either work opening shifts (at 5:30am) or closing shifts (at 10:30pm) at least 2 days per week
- You are willing to work short shifts
- Compensation is $11 hourly
- Part time is defined as a maximum of 30 hours per week
- This is a Non-Exempt position
Please note, this job is not for everyone. During our peak hours, we serve several hundred guests per hour and in our kitchen, that means serving CRAVEable hot food while also keeping our kitchen spotless and well stocked.
We will train you on a number of different positions to produce high quality food and will show you how to keep a refreshingly clean environment. You will learn the ins and outs of food safety and what it means inside our kitchens, and how to deliver fast and accurate service for each guest. When your training is over, you will be able to perform repeated tasks in elevated pressure with excellence in a fast paced environment.

The next step in the process, should you be moving forward, is to have an interview with one of our leaders via Zoom. We are not currently hosting interviews in the restaurant to limit contact due to the ongoing pandemic. During this time we will also send you a link to complete a short assessment prior to speaking with us. Not completing this may be a reason to not continue in the interview process.
A hiring decision will be communicated to you at the end of these steps.
