In this role, you’ll be responsible for selling fleet management business solutions too small to mid-size businesses across the US. Success in this role is measured by meeting daily and weekly sales goals while consistently staying ahead of daily metrics all in a team-focused environment. This position will include establishing strong business relationships with leads, including data gathering and leading the customer on journey to becoming a customer.
- Responsible for acquiring and closing new business on behalf of our Client
- Maintain active pipeline report through Salesforce, logging all activities
- Drives customer engagements, meetings, develop opportunities and other skilled assets to position, propose and close deals
- Communicate with clients/customers to understand their needs and explain product value
- Uses product knowledge to build trust, value and influence with the customer(s)
- Quotes prices and rates as needed to close the deal
- Meets or exceed sales goals and expectations
- May perform other duties and responsibilities

- A minimum of 3+ years’ (preferably 4+) selling business solutions (Fleet Management Software) and supporting customers through the sales process.
- Ability to apply appropriate sales techniques and demonstrate sustained achievement of stated goals.
- Excellent written format and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential material appropriately.
- Must have outstanding sales, business development and negotiation skills.
- Must be a self-starter with effective time management skills.
- Experience using MS Office tools, Advanced Salesforce Knowledge, Tech Savvy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Strong hunter in B2B sales with a desire to exceed expectations and quotas.
- Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks using sales initiative.
- Applicant must be an excellent listener, assertive, persistent, persuasive and results oriented.
- Ability for calling on/into medium/large enterprise accounts and communicate with business owners, quickly demonstrate and close the deal.
- Must pass 7yr Federal Background Check and Drug Screen.

Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or G.E.D. required; 2- or 4-year degree preferred. Must have advanced knowledge of sales terminology, concepts, practices and processes.
Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; to write straightforward explanations, routine reports and correspondence; to ask effective questions and present information clearly and concisely; to effectively and clearly communicate with proper grammar and vocabulary; to demonstrate empathy and understanding to customer’s issue or question; to handle sensitive and emotionally escalated calls and situations that require empathetic responses. Consultative sales skills required to assist in explaining product benefits and features, overcoming objections, and closing sales.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's; able to perform these operations using U.S. currency units.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to detailed written or oral instructions. Able to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. Must be adaptable to unforeseen situations, keep focus on the customer and make empowered decisions with integrity, empathy and compassion. Ability to gain in-depth knowledge of the client’s processes, products and services during new hire and ongoing training.
Computer Skills: Ability to listen and respond while keying into automated system. Ability to learn to navigate client specific screens in a Windows environment as required.
