Job Description

Lake City Auto Care is looking for well qualified professional automotive technician.

For those of you finding this posting outside of North Idaho. Maybe now is the time to consider leaving that traffic ridden, high cost of living area you live in now and relocating to Mother Nature's playground. With the best year round outdoor activities in the lower 48. Beautiful lakes, boating, beaches, hunting, fishing, hiking, ATV/snowmobiling, skiing.

We need a well rounded technician capable of diagnosing and trouble shooting drivability and engine performance issues on late model vehicles. Diesel experience will be a first consideration. We see it all and work on all of it.

This is a flat rate position and you need to be able to flag at least 200 hours per month. We offer the following benefits.

401k with a match

Healthcare

No Weekends

Paid vacations

Pay will depend on experience. We pay our techs more than just about any other independent shop and most dealers, without the dealer politics. The right person should make more than $90,000 a year.

We have great service advisors who have a high close ratio and we utilize digital inspections. We average between $700-$1100 average tickets month to month. We are the shop that will still be in business in 20 years, we don't operate in 1985.

Come join a team of winners, and see why everyone wants to call this part of the country "home".
