State of the Art Toyota dealership has an immediate opening for an experienced Service Manager with a track record of great performance. You will be responsible for service, sales, gross profit, and proper handling of our service customers. Your customer service expertise and selling skills will influence the volume of service business and play a key role in insuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee service department including service drive, service writers, technicians, service porters, warranty processing, customer service, repair orders, and oversee Parts Department.
  • Manage shop production schedule to meet pace and budget. Tracking daily/monthly sales and labor sales along with gross profit.
  • Work with Parts Department to ensure a timely turnaround of parts needed.
  • Consult with guests regarding vehicle repair needs based on repair diagnosis.
  • Strong customer service skills a must. Must be able to handle and resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Create work schedule and maintain proper accounting of Service Technicians’ productivity.
  • Invoice and record completed work orders in computer system.
  • Oversee employee training and development.
  • Ensure a safe working environment.
  • Ensure equipment is properly maintained and repaired.

Job Requirements

  • Previous Toyota Service Manager Experience is preferred.
  • Experience with eLeads, Xtime, CDK and other automotive software highly preferred as well as general computer software experience.
  • Knowledge of warranty procedures, work scheduling, etc.
  • Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience developing and managing third-party vendor relationships.
  • Goal-oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
  • Strong written and communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license required as well as clean driving record.
  • Professional appearance and work ethic.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment background search.
