Automotive Service Advisor - Mechanical

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our Team! In this position, you are required to explain the findings and recommendations from our Automotive Technicians to the customer. Duties and Responsibilities:

· Assist in Customer Service

· Assist in scheduling appointments and generating estimates

· Assist with incoming or outgoing phone calls as appropriate

· Effectively communicate with internal and external customers

· Follow-up with progress and follow-up calls and / emails

· Document repair and maintenance changes on the repair order in the appropriate manner

· Adhere to parts ordering, write-up, delivery, and follow-up process

· Establish and maintain strong positive working relationships and loyalty with customers to encourage repeat and referral business allowing for long-term clientele

· You will be given the ability to resolve customer complaints and questions

The Automotive Service Advisor is a key member of our team who is responsible for delivering a customer service experience second to none, beginning with greeting the customer, scheduling the service appointment, and receiving vehicle information.

The Automotive Service Advisor also listens to service requests, sells the appropriate services to satisfy client needs, clearly explains information on the repair order, and answers any client questions.
