Automotive Service Advisor - Maserati & Alfa Romeo Of Seattle

Maserati and Alfa Romeo of Seattle seeks to find an experienced service advisor who is able to bring their talents to our team. We offer an exciting environment that is growing and constantly looking for ways to improve upon our exceptional customer service. We are a group of automotive enthusiasts who are passionate about our brands and our attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

- Communicate vehicle information between client and service technician
- Clearly explain needed maintenance based off of vehicle history
- Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
- Follow up with service technician to monitor progress of service and relay information to client
- Explain all completed work to client and complete any transactions

Qualifications:

- Have prior Service Advisor/Consultant experience
- Have five (5) or more years experience within a dealership
- Be available for full time position (including Saturdays)
- Experience with CDK/ADP system preferred (not required)
- Provide a clean driving record/abstract (five year)
-Basic computer skills

-Must be able to work in a fast pace environment
