Job Description

  • Greet customers and assist them with any inquiries they may have
  • Perform proper check-in, including vehicle walk-around and documentation of customer concerns to enable the Technician to properly diagnose and service the vehicle.
  • Consult with customer on applicable service specials and vehicle maintenance needs.
  • Prioritize required services, and be prepared to provide options upon request.
  • Keep customer informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes.
  • Remain involved with delivery of vehicle to customer upon completion to assure all customer concerns have been addressed.
  • Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, by phone, email, or in person.
  • Spend quality time building relationship with the customer.
  • Product knowledge sufficient to answer characteristic and operational questions regarding customer’s vehicles.
  • Training provided to help you succeed in aspects of the above!

Job Requirements

You will be experienced and aware of the latest customer service practices and be a persistent problem solver. We have determined some factors that may enable your success:

  • Preferred 3 years of work experience in automotive or other customer service oriented fields.
  • Experience with Windows based computer systems and office products.
  • Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person")
  • Basic internet proficiency.
  • Valid U.S. driver's license, background check compliant and drug free.

Pay based on experience, range of $30,000 to $70,000 annually. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k and paid time off.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
