We are hiring now for Sales Consultants for our growing company. Automotive sales experience is a plus, but sales experience in any industry will be considered. We value our employees and invest in their success.

Responsibilities - Sales Consultant:

• Interact with customers on the lot and in the showroom.
• Assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets or exceeds needs.
• Demonstrate the vehicle presenting features and benefits.
• Test drive vehicles with customers.
• Fill out paperwork accurately and completely.
• Negotiate the sale of vehicles.
• Follow up with customers to maintain a customer data base.
• Report objectives and planned activities with Sales Managers.
• Review inventory daily.
• Train on products and processes.
• Work closely with the Service Department, Internet Department, and Business Development Center to assist customers and maintain high customer service.
  

Qualifications/Requirements - Sales Consultant:

• Sales experience in any industry is a plus, but not required – we will train the right person!
• Great customer service skills, energy and professionalism, with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Good computer and technology skills.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Professional personal appearance.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
