The ideal candidate for this position will prefer to build lasting client relationships over just selling advertising space. The ideal candidate will prefer to consult than to sale. The ideal candidate will understand the value of targeted marketing and will be excited about helping Glorails to truly reach the right audience.
The ideal candidate will have sales experience in the automotive LED or similar industry and an existing network of business relationships.

Marketing / Advertising and branding Sales Consultant Duties & Responsibilities

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in business plan development
  • A bonus if the candidate has experiencing with electric cars and or connections with TESLA
  • Identify high-quality leads and secure appointments with the decision maker
  • Effectively present the unique value that Glorails offers
  • Acquire new business sales
  • Build customer loyalty by developing strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Meet and exceed sales objectives by building a strong working pipeline
  • Reports to the Director
  • Participate in and complete sales training programs as assigned
  • Other duties as assigned

Media / Advertising Sales Consultant Qualifications

  • 5 + years of proven sales experience as a top-level Field Sales Representative, Account Manager, or other relevant experience
  • Ability to use collaborative communication tools including Email, Google Drive (including Google Docs, Google Sheets and other Google collaboration tools)
  • Good Web development knowledge and social media marketing skills
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills is a must
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be able to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people working in various professional industries
  • Must be self-motivated and be able to thrive in a flexible, non-supervised working environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, branding or other relevant field preferred, but not required

Media / Advertising Sales Consultant Compensation

  • The compensation program is clear and provides ongoing income growth with earnings based on sales ability and market capacity
  • Compensation Percentage of sales and or a percentage stake in company
  • Position is part time
