RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Wow customers with an unmatched level of customer service
  • Handle all inbound/outbound phone appointments
  • Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other service personnel and departments promptly
  • Speak directly with customer to assist with all inquiries, issues and offer additional services
  • Use scripts

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Positive Attitude
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivation and self sufficient
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Drive to succeed customer expectations
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to exhibit good judgement with phone etiquette
  • Call Center Experience preferred, not requirred.
