RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Wow customers with an unmatched level of customer service
- Handle all inbound/outbound phone appointments
- Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other service personnel and departments promptly
- Speak directly with customer to assist with all inquiries, issues and offer additional services
- Use scripts
REQUIREMENTS:
- Positive Attitude
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivation and self sufficient
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Drive to succeed customer expectations
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to exhibit good judgement with phone etiquette
- Call Center Experience preferred, not requirred.
