AUTO BODY REPAIR TEAM ADESA is looking for great combo techs to join our body shop team! This team plays a crucial role in our vehicle reconditioning and sale ready process. Auto Body Combo Tech
  • Capable of start to finish repairs if necessary
  • Reviews repair plan R.O. as assigned
  • Repairs vehicles per R.O. and in accordance with OEM standards
  • May be required to perform disassembly of parts, accessories
  • Performs body repairs
  • Inspects body work for imperfections prior to surface prep
  • Surface preps the vehicle prior to paint application
  • Performs mold release preparation on raw plastic bumpers as necessary
  • Properly mixes and performs proper color matching
  • Applies base and clear coat to assigned areas including blending and feathering as required
  • Performs parts, accessories reassembly as necessary
  • Inspects refinish areas for imperfections and addresses each as necessary
  • Manages of the collection, disposal, and storage of hazmat’s
  • Maintains spray booth and equipment
  • Maintains and wears all required safety and health PPE
