Job Description


Summary:

Compliance encompasses both credentialing and audits of customers. All Compliance Liaisons will be trained in both areas, however; each particular liaison will focus on one of these major responsibilities

  • Maintains knowledge and understanding of Fair Credit Reporting Act (F.C.R.A.), Driver’s Privacy Protection Act (D.P.P.A.), Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (G.L.B.), state statutes and regulations, OFAC and iiX/ISO credentialing process

  • Performs state and customer audits and reviews documentation for compliance with customer agreements, applicable regulations, and internal credentialing requirements or completes the credentialing process for customers, including researching websites to help determine customer access to driver reports and other confidential information

  • Maintains images and indexing of all customer paperwork

  • Communicates appropriate instructions/information regarding credentialing and/or compliance via verbal and written means

  • Prepares state communications regarding audits

  • Assists other department members as needed

  • Completes all special projects and other duties as assigned, and

  • Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.


Qualifications

  • College degree or equivalent experience

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft business applications including Word and Excel and the ability to learn customer relationship management, contract management, and document repository

  • Advanced organizational skills as well as the ability to monitor and meet project deadlines

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Experience with internet research, basic knowledge of search engine tools, and the ability to utilize resources on the Internet.

  • Knowledge of iiX software and internal processing is helpful
