Job Description

Key Role:

Support the collection, development, refinement, and validation of Audio-Visual solutions for ongoing renovation and expansion projects of multi-faceted integrated audio and video conferencing facilities. Support removal, installation, and integration planning for current and future A/V projects. Advance client projects from concept through completion in a fast-paced mission-oriented organizations.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience and expertise in planning, design, transition, and expansion of audio-visual systems, including independent conference rooms and small conference centers
  • 2+ years of experience with U.S. government implementations, including classified systems requirements
  • Knowledge of standards and best practices for design and implementation of audio-visual solutions
  • Knowledge of multiple vendor solutions
  • Ability to document requirements and translate them into viable solutions
  • Ability to work successfully as part of a matrix team
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with ThinkLogical control system products
  • Experience with migrations and in service upgrades without downtime
  • Experience with Red/Black separation requirements and mitigations
  • Possess excellent oral and written communications
  • BS degree in a STEM field preferred; MS degree in a STEM field a plus
  • IAT II Certification
  • AVIXA CTS Certification or similar Vendor or Industry Certifications
