PRIMARY PURPOSE:
As a Mini Bar Attendant, you will be responsible for inspecting and maintaining guest room’s mini bar. You will also set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain predetermined inventory in each guest room’s mini bar
- Maintain, track and complete daily worksheet for mini bar stock
- Properly complete, maintain and track inventory in assigned storerooms
- Maintain and complete assigned floors and rooms requesting mini-bar service
- Report mini-bar concerns to management including any guest issues
- Perform other job-related duties as requested
SUPERVISION:
- None
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
PREFERRED:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year of guest service experience
- Six (6) months of vending/mini-bar experience
- Bilingual
- Experience working in a similar resort setting
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Knowledge of two-way radios and Timelox (Room Key) cards
- Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast paced, team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of health, safety and sanitation regulations
- Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms
- Knowledge of hotel services, features, local attractions and activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
