Asst. Group Home Manager

Full-Time position(40 hr) located in Colden. Paid Training, health, dental and 401(k). $16.14 hr

Assists in the direct day, evening and/or night care of individuals in accordance with policies and procedures of the SASi. Implements and monitors individual habilitation plans. Assists the Habilitation Manager with the day-to-day operation of assigned program site. Acts as a lead staff during all assigned shifts, providing supervision, support, and direction to Habilitation Technicians.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Associates Degree PLUS one (1) year of human services experience OR High School Diploma PLUS two (2) years of human services experience AND NYS driver’s license with acceptable driving record. Medication Administration Certification, C.P.R/First Aid Certification and SCIP-R Certification are required to be obtained within orientation period.
