The Role:
SoFi is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for helping to create and improve recruiting processes. You will work closely across multiple businesses to ensure compliant, data driven, best in class hiring & onboarding! As a member of our growing team, this is an exciting opportunity to shape and influence our recruiting operations as we scale!
What You'll Do:
- Master our applicant tracking system to be able to assist with issues as well as educate on best practices
- Help to manage all systems in the Recruiting world, including but not limited to: Greenhouse, Workday, LinkedIn, and other external vendors used to support Recruiting
- Assist to maintain and scale our recruiting systems and tools to maximize workflow efficiency, enhance candidate and employee experience, and ensure compliance and consistency
- Work to constantly scale and improve our processes within our recruiting team and all external vendors
- Help train and onboard all new Recruiting team members as well as create, update and maintain a strong curriculum to set them up for success
- Partner closely cross functionally with HR, Legal, Compliance, Compensation and Benefits
- Assist with recruiting programs including immigration, our employee referral program, background investigations and beyond
- Additional operations support to the recruiting team as needed
What You'll Need:
- 2+ years experience in Recruiting and/or Human Resources
- Challenges are opportunities to you, and you are excited by that chance to solve for them in a way that can be adjusted and built upon for years to come
- You are able to balance many different high-priority tasks with ease
- You have an eye for opportunities to innovate and action on improvements
- Experience with Greenhouse and Workday preferred
- Experience with G-Suite or Microsoft Office; G-Suite preferred
