The salary range for applicants who will work remotely from Colorado is 52K to 82K . Compensation is based on several bona fide factors including but not limited to education, work experience, industry experience, etc.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for facilitating execution of individual components within larger marketing programs from strategic planning phases through creative execution and implementation. Programs may include deliverables across all marketing channels. Manages program schedules and deliverables and pro-actively communicates expectations and milestones to all team members.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Helps manage end-to-end execution of Social marketing programs across online and offline channels
- Creates and publishes schedules and sets interim milestone meetings, integrating traditional and digital media touch-points in the process. Proactively monitors progress to achieve deadlines and results
- Fosters partnerships with Marketing, Digital Marketing, Creative, Production, Resourcing, and Delivery Management. Clearly and actively communicates requirements, deliverables, timelines and budget status throughout program lifecycle
- Supports upfront strategic development with Marketing counterparts to ensure cross-functional alignment milestones and timelines for brief development and project kickoffs are met
- Partners laterally with creative on timely execution of core assets and with delivery management on execution of derivatives, versions, and translations
- Ensures timely execution of all project assets to meet launch dates, and helps support analytics and hind-sighting post campaign launch
- Manages day-to-day tasks of program planning and execution:
- Communicates strategic milestones and brief due dates to marketing partners; ensures information is available and complete
- Populates agendas for planning, kick-off, pre-pro, and review meetings
- Opens jobs and builds job folders with project info; updates as jobs evolve and maintains final program archive of job info
- Tracks schedules, updates reports and communicates program status to key stakeholders through weekly status meetings
- Ensures product delivery for photography is tracking to program schedule
- Identifies photo shoot needs across channels and partners with Creative and Content Production for photo shoot execution and retouching milestones
- Routes creative to marketing partners and ensures feedback is clear, actionable and received on time.
- Facilitates passing off core assets to delivery management/production for versioning
- Ensures completion of all assets on the asset list and tracks final hand-offs, development, QA, and live dates
- Identifies program risks early on and discusses mitigation strategies with manager
- Monitors and advocates process; identifies gaps and proposes improvement ideas to manager
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years experience in account, project, or program management in marketing required
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Creative project management experience required; agency experience preferred
- Excellent technical skills – MS Office (specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint Smartsheets, Box, Workfront, ProofHQ preferred
- Effective relationship-building skills; ability to cultivate strong partnerships across functions to bring people together toward common goals and consensus
- Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal; confidence in facilitating cross-functional team meetings to achieve results
- Exceptional organizational skills; detail-oriented
