The Trust & Safety (T&S) Group within Walmart Global Ecommerce is responsible for defining, enforcing and promoting policies, programs and products to ensure safe transactions and create trust perception across our marketplace businesses.
In this role, the Associate Manager, Trust and Safety Product & Tools will ensure Trust & Safety product and tools used for detection and enforcement are stable and enhanced as needed to support business and operational needs.
This role will report into the Sr. Manager, T&S Product and Tools. This role will be based out of San Bruno, CA or Sunnyvale, CA.
Position Description (responsibilities):
- Support product & tools manager to document processes, workflows, wireframes, best practices and performance of product and tools
- Work with Ops and Rules team to define feature enhancements to improve operational efficiency
- Test new features and enhancements
- Communicate and train stakeholders on new processes and features in the tools and systems
- Support T&S Operations team to troubleshoot issues and create best practice documents
- Partner with engineering support team to troubleshoot and find root cause for issues
- Project manage areas that require system integrations
- Maintain internal T&S roadmap for product and tools
- Administer user access to tools and products
- Work on special projects, as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years’ experience in Product or Risk management
- Proficient in MS office (Excel, PPT, Visio); JIRA, Confluence
- Experience in eCommerce industry
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP certified
- Experience with ServiceNow and Salesforce applications
