Associate - Process Risk And Controls Consulting (Life Sciences)

Key Responsibilities
As a Process Risk and Controls Associate at RSM, you’ll be asked to consistently:

• Demonstrate a willingness and ability to:
  • Obtain an understanding of your clients’ business, including the industries in which they operate
  • Identify financial and operational risks and think critically about mitigation through internal controls
  • Understand and analyze business processes and provide clients with recommendations for improvement
  • Assist in the development and execution of risk assessments, test plans, and client deliverables
  • Work collaboratively with others
  • Conduct yourself in a professional manner
  • Effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing
  • Effectively manage one’s time and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Learn and understand RSM’s consulting service lines, methodologies, and resources
  • Develop meaningful relationships with team members and client personnel

Position Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting or related business discipline

• Preferred GPA: 3.50 or higher
• Qualified to pursue a job relevant certification (e.g. CPA, CIA, CFE)

• Ability to travel to meet client needs
