• You have earned a graduate degree in law, public policy, public health, business, operations management, health sciences, finance, or economics
• You have spent at least 6 years gaining relevant experience, preferably with a leading vaccine manufacturer or in a leading market research, management consulting, or investment firm
• People regard you as a great supervisor
• Your ability to use Microsoft Office sets you apart from the pack
• People say you are an outstanding problem solver

• You serve as a subject matter expert on vaccine-related policy and market access issues
• You assist in leading cross-functional teams to solve complex client problems, and engage clients with novel solutions and ideas related to vaccine commercialization strategy
• You create both strategic and tactical recommendations for biopharmaceutical clients for both brand-level and above-brand priorities
• You manage multiple clients, as well as short- and long-term deliverables, to ensure that all Avalere's knowledge and expertise are available to meet client needs
• You solve complex client issues in a timely and appropriate manner with minimal management oversight and attention to resources
