Associate/Admin Job Description
As a member of the Evviva Cucina staff your primary responsibility is to work as part of a team to provide all guests with superior service, and a quality product in a safe, clean, and hospitable environment.
The specific knowledge, skill and ability requirements associated with the role as an administrative team member are:
1. Knowledge of Evviva Cucina's food and service quality standards and 100% adherence to same.
2. Ability to organize, plan and prioritize work. Ability to multitask to accomplish objectives.
3. Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, spreadsheet management, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
4. Knowledge of arithmetic and its applications. The ability to add, subtract, multiply, or divide quickly and correctly.
5. Knowledge of economics and accounting principles and practices, banking and the analysis and reporting of financial data.
6. Responsible Cash Handling: Utilizing personal integrity and basic math skills to handle the assets of Evviva Cucina in a responsible manner.
7. The ability to concentrate on a task over a period of time without being distracted.
8. Stress Tolerance: Accepting criticism and dealing calmly and effectively with high stress situations.
9. The knowledge and ability to use computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to set up functions, enter data, or process information.
10. English Reading Comprehension: Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work-related documents provided in English.
11. English Oral Comprehension & Expression: The ability to listen to, understand, and communicate information and ideas in spoken word and sentences utilizing the English language. The ability to speak so that others understand.
