Description & Requirements Position SummaryWe are looking for you - dynamic, best-in-class talent - to join the UM team as an Associate, Integrated Media. In this role you will assist in the media planning and buying process and help take digital media to the next level. As an Associate, Integrated Media you will create, innovate, and guide the planning and activation process for some of the world’s leading consumer brands. This entry-level opportunity will kick-start your career in media, providing a platform to learn across all media types and the holistic campaign lifecycle
Job Responsibilities
  • Work closely with both Planning and Investment specialists to help build and execute media plans
    • Develop tactical components of client media campaigns, such as flow charts, spreadsheets, and budget summaries
    • Compile research data to help ensure client is reaching target audience
    • Assist in inputting and trafficking of media campaigns
    • Analyze and monitor campaign performances
    • Review billing discrepancies and resolve in a timely manner
    • Handling ad hoc day-to-day client requests
    • Learn to utilize syndicated sources, programs, and master basic media math
Desired Skills & ExperienceWork Experience:
  • Previous internship in related field strongly preferred

Skills:
  • Knowledge and passion for media/advertising
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization skills, and multi-tasking capabilities
  • Strong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities
  • Proficiency at Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Ability to be flexible and be a team player
