We help nonprofit and public sector organizations set up, streamline, and make the most of their software with a range of professional services for implementation, reporting, data migration, system integration/automation, and database audit/cleanup. Job Description / Responsibilities
We are seeking candidates with a combination of people and technical skills who desire to enable organizations to increase their social impact in the communities they serve through improved technology.

Under the mentorship of a Senior Consultant, you will:

  • Assist implementations of case management software
  • Learn Sidekick Solutions methodology to deliver end-to-end solution design to meet, and exceed, client expectations
  • Become a subject matter expert in Apricot and Penelope
  • Draft user guides for client builds
  • Engage with clients via email, phone, and virtual meetings
  • Nurture client relationships to ensure appropriate attention to their needs
  • Provide project management, including: gathering and organizing discovery materials, scheduling meetings, meeting follow-up, budget and timeline management, and weekly status updates
  • Demonstrate critical thinking by listening to client needs, asking probing questions, and delivering appropriate solution recommendations
  • Be a proactive problem solver and curious learner, constantly seeking to improve your knowledge and capabilities
  • Be responsible for monthly production-based goals, achieving a 35% billable utilization rate within 90 days

Skills / Qualifications

  • Client facing experience as SaaS technical consultant, client success, software support, Business Analyst, or other technical SaaS roles
  • Work experience in the social services/community services sector (preferred)
  • Strong project management and organizational skills; we use Asana and Harvest/Forecast software to manage projects
  • Confident client-facing demeanor comfortable with unknowns/not knowing the answer
  • Experience with case management software (preferred)
  • Database design, build, and administration capabilities (preferred)
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with aptitude for exceptional customer service
  • Able to manage performance targets for billable time worked and organize a weekly workload to achieve targets
  • Able to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously and deliver accurate recommendations that support client success
  • Comfortable working from a home office while using conferencing tools to connect with colleagues and clients across time zones
  • Flexibility to occasionally work outside of core business hours to accommodate clients in different time zones
