Animal Clinic of WIndermere is a 6 doctor general practice located in beautiful WIndermere, FL. We are looking for a few associates who would be interested in working with each other to fulfil one full time DVM position. We would also be happy to discuss traditional part or full time positions. The job share is perfect for parents or those who love to travel. This allows for maximum flexibility in your schedule all while knowing your job share partner is taking care of everything when you are gone. No longer will you walk into the disaster that normally comes with being gone from the office several days in a row or have to check your email on your days off to stay caught up.

Animal Clinic of WIndermere is a busy and totally fun place to call work home. We are privately owned, spoiled rotten and love what we do. This offers you the ability to work up most cases and/or refer them to our local Specialty Hospital. We have a local emergency clinic who takes care of all after hours and weekend appointments. (We are open Saturday from 8-12).

We are willing to entertain relocation packages for the right candidate and are open to conversations about how we can work together to create a position that fits you just right.

Must be able to trust and communicate with job share partner. This is a unique position that requires better than average communication skills.

4+ years of DVM experience (sorry new grads - don't count us out though we would love to hear from you - just not for these job share spots - we would love to help you become the rock star you are destined to be!)

Florida Veterinary License, DEA and USDA accreditation required

Pay: $75,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
