What you'll be doing:
- Oversee Departmental Process
- Manage Platform Relationships
- Maintain Department Documents, Templates and POVs
- Manage team and Paid Social operations
- Training, managing, supervising paid social media planner/buyers.
- Advanced paid social execution
- Tagging and tracking
- Advanced data analytics
- Channel planning
- Billing
- Reporting
- Campaign Build-outs
- Budget pacing and bid optimizations
- Benchmarking, projecting, reach and frequency analysis
- Comprehensive media and ad plan creation
- Pixel and tag implementation
- Comprehensive analysis of performance beyond in-platform metrics
What you bring:
- 5 + years of experience in paid – social media buying and planning at a media agency.
- 1+ years experience mentoring and managing a team
- Experience in planning and buying multi-million dollar paid social campaigns
- Extremely knowledgeable in all social platforms and has planned and placed many paid social media buys in excess of $3 million.
- In-depth knowledge and experience navigating Facebook Insights, Power Editor, Ads Manager and conversion tools, Twitter ad dashboard, analytics and conversion tools, Pinterest analytics and third-party optimization tools
- Proficient within digital media research and performance applications, including Comscore, Nielsen, Simmons, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in advertising, communications, journalism or social media preferred
- Certified within GA, Facebook, Salesforce, Pinterest, Twitter, IAB
