Associate Director Of Facilities

JOB SUMMARY:

The Associate Director of Facilities at Christ Fellowship gets to provide training and guidance to facility leaders along with supervising the core maintenance team, mechanical manager and ground manager to ensure God's house is inviting and functional for all who attend Christ Fellowship.

JOB DUTIES:

• Oversee all repairs and maintenance of grounds and facilities at all Christ Fellowship locations.
• Responsible for setting work priorities for service and maintenance requests.
• Work together with the construction team to schedule maintenance crew to best utilize church resources.
• Oversee and maintain a high level of excellence by managing and auditing the janitorial/custodial services.
• Periodically inspect and be aware of conditions of all for Christ Fellowship's buildings.
• Assist with developing annual budgets and approving invoices for payment.
• Be accountable for variances of actual to budget with Core and Campus facilities budgets.
• Provide a monthly report of budget vs actual to leadership.
• Maintain excellent relations and communicate well with all contractors, vendors and Christ Fellowship staff.
• Be a leader on set up and tear down teams for major events.
• Assist with churchwide storage and organization of common storage areas.
• Maintain order and safety for all working areas and be instrumental in safety operations including developing and presenting safety training for staff.

EDUCATION:

College degree and technical certifications in a related field preferred, but not required.

RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE:

• A proven leader with a minimum of 3 years of experience in management in a fast-paced, growing environment.
• High capacity for prioritizing – working on multiple projects at a time and the ability to thrive in a fast-pace environment.

JOB SPECS:

Classification: Full-time, Salary (Exempt), requiring a flexible schedule including some nights, weekends and holidays.
