Job Description:

Mergers & Acquisitions associate with 1-3 years of relevant experience, particularly in one or more of the areas of public and private company mergers and acquisitions, private equity buyouts, asset sales, tender and exchange offers, and other strategic transactions. Preferred candidates would have experience as a junior associate on M&A transactions, with experience drafting ancillary transaction agreements, conducting due diligence and managing the due diligence process, and coordinating internal and client teams in all stages of a strategic transaction. Successful candidates may sit in our San Francisco, Seattle, Los Angeles, New York, Washington, D.C., or Austin offices. Superior academic credentials and/or law firm experience and excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills are required. Note that this is not a general corporate role and a successful candidate would be a full-time M&A associate.
