WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
The Associate Business Management will provide high quality, timely support to IT CIB Business (Corporate Investment Banking) in the execution of broader programs in the areas of business and resource management, financial planning, expense management, contract execution, Third Party oversight/reporting, application portfolio management and administrative support. Resource will work with Business and IT to ensure that project expenses are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting IT and Business in creating and managing projects and BAU expenses.
- Ensuring Monitoring and Control of Third-Party Services and Contracts.
- Serve as a point of contact for IT to Procurement and Cost Control to manage expense submission and invoice payment related to projects and BAU activities.
- Develop various expense reports required by leadership at project level.
- Analyze expenses to understand variances, trends against the budget, and review variances with leadership.
- Oversight and control of IT CIB Application Portfolio Lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree; Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent field.
- 5-9 years; Relevant business planning, project, and financial experience.
- 5-9 years; Experience in administrative support, project management, implementation, business operations, strategic planning in financial services.
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus

Working Conditions: Frequent Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing and walking. Occassional moving and lifting equipment and furniture is required to support onsite and offsite meeting setup and teardown. Physically capable of lifting up to fifty pounds, able to bend, kneel, climb ladders.
