Role Summary:
As an Associate Analyst you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data from paid and earned media campaigns. Ability to aggregate complicated data and refine to build meaningful insights and impactful future recommendations. We are looking for a self-starter with a wide variety of technical skills and the ability to transform large data sets into actionable insights and recommendations.
You will work closely with the Analytics Producer and will be responsible for collecting data from various data sources to drive meaningful reporting. You will work with programming, platform, content management analytics and operations team as a part of your role.
You must be comfortable with ambiguity and be able to positively and proactively partner with multiple teams with limited direction. Passion for data and fine attention to detail are the critical requirements of the role. Ability to drive insights is a plus.
You are able to foresee potential roadblocks and conflicting priorities and mitigate while keeping calm under pressure. Your judgement is sound and you make solid decisions even when there are curveballs thrown. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker and self-starter, a fast learner, and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with quick turnarounds.Responsibilities:

- Responsible for business analytics work through all phases, including data quality, data analysis, data visualization, and presentation of results and deliverables
- Publish and communicate results, ensuring that timely, accurate reports are delivered to teams with digestible insights to inform the business.
- Empower the Marketing team with insights that inform and fulfill strategic objectives and goals for every fiscal quarter
- Responsible for identifying system enhancements, providing business requirements and leading User Acceptance Testing
- Support the Marketing team with analytics and customer insights
- 2 -5 years of experience in a business analyst or data analyst role
- In-depth knowledge of digital analytics data, measurement, methodologies and industry standards
- Proficient in Excel/Numbers
- WebAnalytics (Adobe Preferred)
- Proficient with Tableau and other Data Visualization tools
- You can translate complex analysis and technical concepts into clear and concise takeaways for business partners.
- You have excellent presentation, communication and social skills, with strong attention to detail.
- You have the ability to stay focused and can prioritize heavy workload while achieving exceptional quality in a dynamic, highly cross-functional and fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter can take a project from start to finish with minimal supervision, dedicated and demonstrates creative and critical thinking abilities.
- Bachelor in business, statistics, math, economics or a related discipline; graduate degree a plus
