Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist Dallas and Texas staff in delivering critical infrastructure, quality and award winning projects
  • Auto CAD and Microstation Experience a plus
  • Traffic operations knowledge of HCS, Synchro, VISSIM a plus
  • Traffic design and operations coursework a plus
  • You will be working on traffic planning (Corridor studies, TIA and HCM analsysis) and design projects (signing and pavement marking, traffic signal, illumination and ITS)

Minimum Qualifications:
  • No minimum experience required and internship with civil engineering firms a plus
  • Minimum education requirement is a Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering
  • Positive attitude and willingness to deliver quality product
  • Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures (DO NOT DELETE THIS REQUIREMENT)
  • Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous Traffic Engineering/Planning work experience
  • Microstation and Auto CAD knowledge
  • Maters degree in Transportation Engineering
