Position Summary

This position works directly for our Advisors in implementing/maintaining client portfolios, responding to client needs and requests. The Assistant will have significant direct contact with our clients requiring superb and highly polished client service skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Managing the Advisor’s calendars and scheduling client appointments
- Precise data entry into our CRM (Tamarac) and Schwab (Custodian)
- The timely and accurate preparation of client documents
- Facilitate account administration including asset transfer, account openings, account closings, etc.
- Resolve daily operational matters related to trading, compliance, and transitions.
- Office management, answering phones, greeting clients, ordering supplies and office aesthetics
- Performing other work-related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

A self-starter with strong organizational skills, capable of consistently meeting deadlines.

A strong understanding of investment operations support, compliance support, client reporting and operations.

A minimum of 3-5 years of business experience at investment management or industry-related organizations.

Attention to detail is an essential qualification for success in the role.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word

Familiarity with Tamarac and Schwab is a plus

Desire to grow and learn in an ever-changing environment.

Must be comfortable working in a small entrepreneurial environment where all employees regularly assist others in helping carry out the firm’s mission.

Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship or restriction now and in the future.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
