STC is a fast-growing trucking company in North America. We provide information to connect buyers and sellers of intermodal, import/export transportation services in North America. Our goal is improve equipment utilization by exchanging information on loads, trucks, and equipment. To do this, we gather capacity information (truck power with empty equipment, trucking power only, and empty equipment without truck power) and match it to available loads using parameters which make our service unique.

  • Collaborate with different sites’ operation leader as a follow up of board and strategic meetings or business reviews.
  • Assist in key operation matters, such as Hiring, Administration, collaborating with potential service provider in trucking and 3PL, etc.
  • Follow up business KPI such as Revenue per Mile, Equipment maintenance cost and OT analysis.
  • Customer billing governance: oversee all customer contracts, ensure all rates, routes and other billable elements, such as overtime, trailer or chassis detention fee updated timely in the system and consisted with the contracts.
  • Oversee the status of accounts and AR balances and identify inconsistencies, Issue and post bills, receipts, and invoices.
  • Solve aged AR outstanding.

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or Accounting
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel) and familiar with Transportation management system.
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience as Assistant or in Accounting/Finance
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese required
  • Good analytical skills
  • A strong work ethic and self-starter
