Job Description

Summary

The Assistant Stewarding/Storeroom Manager will assist in supervising day-to-day operation of the Stewarding department, as well as helping to oversee the storeroom. This position is responsible for total maintenance and sanitation in all food production service areas as well as managing, scheduling, purchasing, and coaching our stewards. Responsibilities for this position will also include overseeing all receivables into the storeroom and keeping inventories according to established standards, and will also hold responsiblility for food purchasing shared by their manager and the kitchen Chefs.
