We are looking for an energetic, hard-working, team player to be a part of our Marketing Team! In this position, you will work on a TEAM committed to offering PROMPT, EXCELLENT, and RESPECTFUL customer service to each of our Clients / Property Owners. The top priorities in this position are:

  • Property Onboarding our software, our website, AirBNB, VRBO & BDC.
  • Analyzing your Territory in Key Data & making property adjustments.
  • Handling requests from the Owner Relations department, Reservations & Property Managers.
  • Researching competitive rates including Snowbird rates.
  • Tracking properties against forecasted or expected occupancy weekly.
  • Assisting with photo scheduling.
  • Social Media Posts.
  • Creating event blogs for the website and developments.
  • Implementing/creating appropriate booking rules and specials.
  • Staying on top of changing amenity fees for properties.
  • Encouraging and promoting company core values, missions, and vision.
  • Prior vacation rental experience is preferred. Finance/accounting experience is a plus.
