Requirements:

As our chosen Assistant Property Manager, everyday you draft correspondences and other formal documents, plan and schedule appointments and events, greet and assist onsite guests, answer inbound telephone calls, develop and implement organized filing systems, enforce property and associations' rules and regulations and assist Property Manager with tasks as assigned. Santiago and Granada are two beautiful manufactured housing communities in Springfield, OR and we want YOU to be our Assistant Property Manager!

To thrive in this role:

One year or park management or property management experience of 100 doors or more

Be proficient in computer use and Microsoft Suite (Excel/Word/Outlook)

Make prompt decisions under pressure

Ability to work weekends and holidays if the park is open

Bonus Skills

Yardi or OneSite experience

Bilingual (Spanish)

Two years of previous sales experience

Customer service of 6 months or more in an MHC park or hotel industry
