Job Description

Experienced Assistant Property Manager position for Jacksonville, FL conventional property. The ideal candidate would have a proven track record in the multi-family industry, possess a strong work ethic, be detail oriented and have great written/oral communication skills. Responsibilities:

  • Duties will include working with residents and prospective residents coordinating the move in and move out process. Attention to detail is required for completing lease applications, verifications and communicating lease paperwork effectively. The assistant manager will communicate with residents, guests and vendors on a wide array of issues and must have a knowledge of fair-housing and industry practices.
  • The assistant manager will also be responsible for collecting and processing rental payments, maintaining newsletters, renewals and inspecting the property. Must be able to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • The assistant manager will assist the property manager in all daily operations of the property.
  • Knowledge of One-Site (Real Page), Outlook, Excel and Micro-Soft preferred.
  • Salary is based on experience. Must be able to complete a background, and credit check required.
