Position Summary:

The Assistant Project Manager will work closely with our Project Managers and our Director of Development to provide on-going reporting, monitor timelines and budgets, coordinate Project changes and invoices and assist Consultants & Vendors with ongoing quality control.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 1 year of direct experience in new land development and/or commercial construction project coordinating and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with Procore is highly recommended.

Essential Duties/Tasks/Responsibilities:

  • Provide on?going reporting to the PM’s & Director of Development on a weekly basis
  • Monitor construction budget and costs for new developments
  • Manage consultant drawings in Procore
  • Assist PM with consultants through contracting and construction phases
  • Manage utility companies (power, gas, water, sewer, internet/tv) through construction phase
  • Supervise/Coordinate with Project Manager for items such as schedules, change orders, Vendor coordination, RFI’s, etc.
  • Coordinate permit payment to municipality (City, county, etc.)
  • Collect and report ongoing development activities and report to Project Manager
  • Manage development billing submittals to accounting
  • Coordinate and collect all close-out documents and ensure all new accounts have been setup for new openings team
  • Assist Real Estate with tracking and project setup

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • 1+ Year(s) experience as an Assistant Project Manager in the land development and/or commercial construction
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel, Word & PowerPoint
  • Able to perform tasks with high degree of accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • Upbeat and positive attitude
  • Proficient in Procore Management Software a plus!

Pay: $52,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
