Job Summary:
The Assistant Practice Manager - Multi Site is a registered nurse. He/she is responsible and accountable for coordinating the functions of the clinics assigned providing clinical and supervisory leadership and expertise. The Assistant Practice Manager - Multi Site works closely with all departments to coordinate services necessary for the optimal adult and pediatric care. He/she contributes to the vision, mission, strategic plan of the organization, and is accountable for the Standards of Care and Practice in the areas of responsibility where clinical nursing is practiced. The Assistant Practice Manager - Multi Site performs supervisory duties as well as “hands on” patient care as needed. The Assistant Practice Manager - Multi Site is also responsible for optimizing work flow and improving efficiency as well as overseeing clinical issues and ensuring day-to-day functions within the team are well maintained. Responsible for full scope of clinical functions of the clinics assigned including cleanliness, stocking and organization. Previous supervisory experience for minimum of 2 years preferred Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in nursing IIV certified Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing Current NH Nursing License (RN) BLS and ACLS certification required Knowledge of new trends and techniques in nursing Basic computer skills Excellent communication, organizational, and problem solving skills Possesses personal qualities such as kindness, understanding, respect, good judgment, and integrity, a sense of humor, enthusiasm, and ability to relate effectively to patients, families, and other members of the Physicians’ Office Team Recognize the importance of being a good role model for other staff
