SOCCER SHOTS DMV: Soccer Shots DC/MD/VA (DMV) was established in 2009. Soccer Shots DMV stretches from Harford Co, MD to Prince William Co, VA. Offices are located in Laurel, MD, and Fairfax, VA. Soccer Shots DMV works closely with Soccer Shots Franchising National Headquarters in Middletown, PA. REPORTS TO: VP of Operations

The job description above is a full-time, non-exempt (overtime eligible) position requiring 40 hours of work per week. Your weekly agenda and schedule will be assigned by your supervisor. Many Soccer Shots programs run weeknights & weekends, and availability during those times is required.
You will be expected to work out of the central office located in Laurel, MD during weekdays, as well as travel to partner sites in your territory.

OBJECTIVE OF POSITION: To support all regional operations duties related to Soccer Shots. The Assistant Operations Coordinator will be asked to assist in the following functions: Program Support:
- Maintaining program seasons including master calendar and registration system.
- Managing the program schedule, cancellations and rescheduling process, which includes but is not limited to, notifying parents, updating Facebook, updating calendars, and communicating updates with site/facility representatives and parents.
- Assist the Operations Coordinator and Coaching Department to maintain the master coach schedule, handling cancellations and reschedules, as needed.
- Managing the registration and enrollment process at all sites.
- Delivering exceptional customer service with parents, directors, and partners to improve NPS scores.
- Coaching up to 15-18 sessions per week
- Assist with implementation of season marketing plan for programs including publishing
social media content - Scheduling and preparing all materials to promote the upcoming Soccer Shots season
- Participate in running program demos, distributing registration forms and brochures, hanging lobby and classroom posters, and in-school displays, distributing final reminders, placing bandit signs, and promoting public programs
- Represent Soccer Shots at industry events, open houses, etc.
- Foster the relationship with current partners via site visits, attending events, call check-ins, etc.
- Provide leads in the territory served
- Use all available resources to maximize enrollment at assigned locations

- For Soccer Shots to be the best run, most popular, and most successful program offered in DC/MD/VA
- For Soccer Shots to have a reputation of excellence. An objective measure of each territory’s reputation for quality will be learned in the Net Promoter Score survey conducted at the end of each season
- To be a Top 10% franchise in participant registration and revenue (in category) and per capita rating and to meet and exceed seasonal and annual enrollment and revenue goals
- Prompt, reliable, and professional communication—responds immediately to customers (parents, directors, staff), and always responds to supervisor and other Soccer Shots support staff within 24 hours
- Meet weekly, seasonal, and annual timelines and deadlines. Develop systems to stay organized, keep good records, and be efficient with your time
- Meet seasonal performance goals. Go above and beyond company expectations to sell, promote and market our program prior to each season
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating through newsletters to parents, and phone calls/visits with center directors
- Adhere to all company policies and represent Soccer Shots with professionalism and integrity
- Performance will be reviewed after the first 60 days of employment
- Objectives of the position and company expectations will be reviewed quarterly through a meeting with supervisor
- Soccer Shots will perform an annual review in December of each calendar year
