The Assistant Marketing Manager will directly work with the various brand marketing teams to coordinate all brand communications efforts; owner/hand raiser email, direct mail (retail, social and digital) communications and media to fulfill business objectives of the brands, while supporting the overall GM Live platform coordination efforts.

Description:
The Assistant Marketing Manager will directly work with the various brand marketing teams to coordinate all brand communications efforts; owner/hand raiser email, direct mail (retail, social and digital) communications and media to fulfill business objectives of the brands, while supporting the overall GM Live platform coordination efforts.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Interface as the lead point person dedicated to GM Live on all Consumer Influence Touchpoints
- Cultivate and manage relationships with all brands, to coordinate and manage the overall scheduling and impact of CIT:
- CRM
- Advertising/Marketing
- Site
- Social
- Events/Promotion
- Cultivate and manage relationships with all brands, to coordinate and manage the overall scheduling and impact of CIT:
- Lead the collaboration with business partners, to develop overall consumer influence touchpoint strategy to supports the brand's goals and objectives around the Live Platform
- Mange strategic cadence of communication to allow for steady flow of incoming volume to GM Live
- Build plan that focuses on:
- Consistent messaging to support launch of GM Live for all brands participating
- Set targets to measure success
- Present the strategy to brands to solicit their feedback
- Champion the data/analytics report outs working directly with PDM to provide knowledge and expertise to brand teams
- Establish "LIVE" KPIs for each brand
- Direct the development of insights from available data
- Share best practices amongst brands
- Recommend testing opportunities based on insights and learnings
- Present recommendations and program results to brand teams and leadership
- Foster productive partnerships with internal and external stakeholders

Skills and Abilities:
- Experience managing CLM/CRM complexities including audience prioritization
- Experience managing agencies/suppliers
- Extremely high level of analytical ability where problems are very unusual and extremely difficult
- Highly developed oral and written communications skills
- Experience in leading and developing large, diverse teams
- High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others, motivate employees, and elicit work output
- Ability to organize and plan effectively
- Strategic thinking and execution
- Flexibility to quickly modify strategy and execute to accommodate changing needs of the business
Education and/or Training:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- Masters preferred
