St. Juste Management Corp. (a Burger King Franchisee) is seeking experienced Assistant Restaurant Managers (AM) to support the Restaurant General Manager in ensuring delivery on customer service through managing the daily operations of a single restaurant. The Assistant Restaurant Manager helps manage financial controls, operations, people development, customer service and compliance across shifts for desired restaurant outcomes (i.e., increased sales, profitability and employee retention). The Assistant Restaurant Manager has full accountability for restaurant operations in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES for Burger King Assistant Restaurant Manager

• Motivates and directs restaurant team members and restaurant Shift Coordinators to exceed customer service expectation with fast and friendly service in clean surroundings
• Supervises and trains restaurant team members and Shift Coordinators on team stations, Burger King products, processes and policies
• Follows cash control/security procedures and helps to implement marketing plans, maintain inventory, manage labor, and apply financial reports across shifts to enhance restaurant results
• Assists Burger King Restaurant General Manager in enforcing compliance with government regulations, Burger King Market Policy, employment law, food safety, Burger King Corporation Security Policy, operations, and Burger King policies and procedures relating to all restaurant activities across shifts
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• Prompt and regular attendance for assigned shifts, meetings and training

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS for Burger King Assistant Restaurant Manager

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
• High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred
• Completion of all Burger King Corporation certification programs
• Demonstrates English language proficiency that enables speech expression clarity and proficient reading and verbal comprehension
• Demonstrates leadership skills
• Recognizes and solves routine problems

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
