To assist the Restaurant General Manager in all aspects of the operations, to lead and direct all employees of the restaurant, to operate the business in a highly effective and profitable manner by attaining Customer/Guest satisfaction and achieving the desired Return on Sales (ROS) and Return on Investment (ROI) for the Company.
