Part-Time Assistant Manager -

Money Saver Oregon City Self Storage – located in Oregon City, OR

We are seeking a PT Assistant Property Manager with great customer service, sales and organizational skills to join our team in the operations for our self-storage property located in the Portland area.

Customer service and sales are a top priority --
Maintain store appearance, product presentation and storage area cleanliness.

  • Provide outstanding customer service at all times, and be available for emergencies
  • Create and establish tenant relations through leasing, customer billings and accounts, preparing reports, maintaining tenant compliance with property policy.
  • Accounting duties including tenant rent collections, late notices, daily accounting reconciliation and cash management.
  • Maintain facility, clean hallways, doors, and vacated spaces as needed.
  • Keep the property and office clean and organized. Includes mop or sweep hallways, pick up trash in parking areas as needed, and cleaning out units, light maintenance.
  • Be prepared to deal with inclement weather.

Bring Your Talents -
2+ years of experience in any of the following: retail sales, self-storage, apartment/property management, sales, or customer service.
Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.

Be flexible to work some weekends, must be willing to assist at other locations nearby.
Background check.

Compensation and Rewards -
DOE; $16 to $18.00 per hour, DOE, and Bonus potential!
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.
