Job Description
We are a large Imaging group, with 26 locations in Southern California, proud leading providers of quality healthcare to the community. We are looking for experienced Assistant Manager candidates to work hand in hand with our Site Manager & Director of Operations. Assistant Manager is responsible for following assigned tasks along with other management responsibilities as assigned.
Job Responsibilities:
**Review, modify or extend authorization to ensure proper correlation between study requested and study authorized
**Review and resolve discrepancies outlined from Data Quality Unit
**Other duties as assigned by Manager

We are looking for experienced Assistant Manager candidates to work hand in hand with our Site Manager & Director of Operations. Assistant Manager is responsible for following assigned tasks along with other management responsibilities as assigned.
Job Responsibilities:
- Directly supervise all staff on administrative, scheduling and clinical issues
- Coordinate staff time off requests to ensure complete coverage of site
- Coordinate staff lunch and break schedules to ensure proper levels of coverage at all time
- Ensure the maintenance of proper levels of office, janitorial and medical supplies to ensure consistent and continual operation of site. This includes regular review of inventory stock, comparison against forecast utilization, generation of order for transmittal to Purchasing Department and follow up and auditing of receipts against order quantities
- Initial contact within site for patient complaints, concerns and problems. Those issues requiring additional support shall be forwarded to Upper Management for discussion and forwarding to appropriate parties within Company
- Work directly with the Marketing & Provider Relations team to grow and attract business
- Follow all safety protocols, HIPAA, OSHA etc.
- Communicating with doctors, staff members, and department leaders
- Learning and implementing new regulations and ensuring that the facility complies with them
- Taking steps to improve the quality of healthcare services that patients receive
- Support the quality controls and successful completion of all patient billing packages to include items including but not limited to:

**Other duties as assigned by Manager
