Assistant Manager

Stewart's Shops is a fast growing convenience store chain in New York and Vermont with friendly store associates and great customers! We are looking for Assistant Managers with flexible schedules to provide excellent customer service in our shops. This is an entry-level management position that can help to develop your leadership skills.

If you have food service or retail experience, this is the opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively run a shop when the manager is not there
• Assist shop partners and customers with questions and concerns
• Strong working knowledge of Stewart's operations, tools and culture
• Teach others by example
• Create a positive and fun atmosphere

• $18 - $20/hour starting pay based on experience. ESOP & Benefits package.

This is a full-time position that requires a flexible schedule.
