Assistant Manager - Crumbl Cookies *Flexible Shifts

We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated and talented bakers and leaders that are ready to take on responsibility! Assistant Managers at Crumbl work 8-10 hour shifts that are both in the morning and in the night. Crumbl is a fun and upbeat atmosphere that needs responsible and organized managers to keep the kitchen running smoothly, employees busy and happy, Key responsibilities include:

• Provide direction and feedback to co-workers during shifts
• Schedule employee shifts and assign duties
• Manage time-off requests and handle last-minute absences
• Train and coach new employees on the importance of the Crumbl Standard.
• Inspect equipment and communicate the need for repairs or replacements to management
• Check cash drawers and prepare bank deposits
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed
• Address customer and employee complaints
• Resolve conflicts between workers
• Foster and maintain a positive work environment

(Catering experience a plus!)
