Position title: Assistant Lead, Consumer & Commercial Solutions Division

Job Responsibilities – Assistant Lead: Process boards for shelving, hutch kits, and tower kits.

• Set saw to proper specifications.
• Set beaver board and feed stock into saw.
• Catch and stack boards.
• Set and feed boards through edger.
• Pack boards and hardware.
• Rotate to other areas as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area.

Minimum Requirements – High School education/G.E.D. The ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide to verify quantities for production.

Preferred Requirements – Employee lifts/carries 40 pounds constantly (67% of the time or over 500 times/day.)

• Ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions consistent with ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state and local standards/requirements.
• Ability to meet and maintain all qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
• Ability to maintain reasonably regular and punctual attendance consistent with ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards/requirements.
• Compliance with all personnel policies and practices.
