The Stand is a fun, fast paced, family owned neighborhood restaurant chain that serves amazing Burgers, Hot Dogs, Sandwiches, Salads, Desserts & More. With 6 Los Angeles locations, 2 Orange County locations, and more to come, we're the premier place for Classic American food with a twist.

We’re Looking for Team Members that have the following

• 2 or more years of Restaurant Management experience

You’ll spend your day interacting with our awesome guests and team members!At The Stand we will cross train you at every position so you have the opportunity to grow in your Management career.

Things you can expect to learn and do while working as Management

• Lead by example with a high sense of urgency
• Maintain Restaurant Clean & Organized by delegating properly
• Be able to multi-task & while having a good time
• Make sure staff follow build guides for building every item on our menu.
• Follow Health & Safety guidelines
• Foster a friendly family environment
• Be a team player & show efficient communication skills
• Become an expert at Cashiering, Menu Knowledge and kitchen procedures.
• Cross train and work in multiple kitchen stations, prep, Fryer, Salads, Grill, Building, Expo.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs & be on your feet for long periods at a time
• Enforce breaks by planning properly with staff
• Daily paperwork that is easy. WE care more about actual restaurant operations.

Schedule:

• Full-time - Schedule is based on performance & availability

Compensation:

• Competitive Pay - $18.00 to start
• Tips ($1.50 -$2.00 per hour)
