Assistant General Manager

Loro, an Asian Smokehouse & Bar concept by James Beard Award Winners Tyson Cole and Aaron Franklin, is seeking an Assistant General Manager. We’re looking for an Assistant General Manager (AGM) who is collaborative, passionate, humble, and eager to grow with us!

Loro is Aaron Franklin’s first restaurant venture outside of his acclaimed, award-winning Franklin Barbecue in Austin and is part of the Hai Hospitality restaurant group that counts Uchi, Uchiko, and Uchiba among its other concepts.

With a menu and atmosphere that encourages gathering and camaraderie, we’re looking for talent that mirrors our lively, high-energy, positive, and authentic culture. The perfect candidate will have strong stamina, and experience in a high-volume, fast-paced scratch kitchen environment.
